This property had an old farmhouse and several trees that needed to be cleared to make room for a new barndominium. We actually came out and bid this job about a year ago, but the owner decided to go with another contractor who was considerably cheaper. Long story short—we didn’t get the job. Fast forward a year and…here we are. 😬 The other contractor has been paid in full, but trees are still on the ground, part of the old farmhouse is still here, there’s no pad poured, and now he’s not answering the phone. Needless to say, we’ve got a mess to deal with. The owner reached back out to us to see if we can help get this property cleaned up and get his project back on track.
