Roof Work Continues! Getting Everything STRAIGHT & SOLID

The roof project is moving right along, and today we’re tackling some of those important details that will make everything stronger, straighter, and ready for the next stage of the build! In this video, we’re placing the bird blocks, working on stabilizing and straightening the rafters, and getting the fascia board installed. These might not be the biggest or most exciting-looking parts of a build, but they make a HUGE difference when it comes to keeping everything solid and getting the roof finished correctly. Like most projects around the farm, there’s always a little problem solving involved! We’re taking our time, figuring things out as we go, and making sure everything lines up the way it should. Every board that goes up gets us one step closer to having this project dried in and ready for whatever comes next. There’s something pretty satisfying about finally seeing all the pieces start coming together after putting in so much work. We still have plenty left to do, but we’re making progress one board, one rafter, and one day at a time!
