Residents in Trishuli, Nepal, were urged to evacuate on Friday (Aug 28) as a barrier lake formed during the deadly flash flood two days earlier began to overflow. Rescue efforts were temporarily halted by both Nepali and Chinese teams amid an increased risk of renewed flooding.
