UVU Campus Videos Track Tyler Robinson Before & After Charlie Kirk's Murder

18:02 video plays The judge in the preliminary hearing in the capital murder case against Charlie Kirk's alleged killer saw surveillance video on Tuesday (July 7) of suspect Tyler Robinson on campus before and after Kirk was shot on Sept. 10, 2025. The video was shown during testimony from David Hull, an agent with the Utah Department of Public Safety. Judge Tony Graf allowed it to be shown in open court and recorded by the cameraman after hearing argument from Prosecutor David Sturgill, defense lawyer Kathy Nester and a lawyer for news organizations who said it should be shown in open court. Judge Graf on Monday wouldn't allow an edited version of the video to be played.
