Nepali workers in Malaysia worried over devastating floods in Nepal

Nepali citizens living in Malaysia expressed concern over severe flooding in parts of Nepal after learning about the disaster through news reports. Security guard Kul Bahadur Budathoki, 43, said he was shocked by reports of deaths, missing people and vehicles being swept away near the Nepal-China border. Another Nepali worker, 45-year-old Toplal Shrestha, said he was also shocked by the extent of the destruction after watching the news. Both men said they remained worried about the situation but were relieved that their families had not been affected.
