Full hearing: Judge considers closing arguments and rules Tyler Robinson case can go to trial
4th District Judge Tony Graf found there was enough evidence to move forward with the charges against Tyler Robinson as filed. Robinson entered not guilty pleas on all counts Tuesday. Prosecutors have said they will seek the death penalty if Robinson is convicted. Robinson, 23, is facing multiple charges, including aggravated murder, in connection with Charlie Kirk’s Sept. 10, 2025, death.
