UAlbany grad student from Nepal says flooding news is devastating
A UAlbany graduate student from Nepal said the deadly border flood has left him feeling far from home and unable to help in person. In southern Asia, a glacier melt led to flooding along the China-Nepal border. More than a thousand people have died while 4,500 more remain unaccounted for. The disaster is hitting hard for many people in the Capital Region with ties to Nepal.
