Australia is in the midst of a ‘full-blown housing correction’

EQ Economics Managing Director Warren Hogan says Australia is dealing with “unusual circumstances” amid the housing crisis. “The market is starting to see the pace of decline sort of slow,” Mr Hogan told News24 host Peta Credlin. “The first stage of stabilisation, but we just don’t know. “We are in a full-blown housing correction and were dealing with unusual circumstances, that is the tax changes on top of the more ordinary rate hikes and a bit of geopolitical uncertainty.”
