Labor’s budget blunder exposed as Treasury modelling ‘clearly wrong’
News24 host Sharri Markson says Labor’s modelling is “clearly” wrong, as consequences of their tax hikes seem to have been severely underestimated. “The CBA is the latest major financial institution to declare we're facing a housing correction, and today the treasurer wouldn't rule out a housing crash,” Ms Markson said. “It underestimated just how the market would react to the scrapping of negative gearing and capital gains tax.”
