On June 23rd, Shen again challenged Chiang, who responded yesterday morning (June 24th) that he explains municipal affairs to the media every day. In response, Shen criticized Chiang again today (June 25th), saying that if he explains municipal affairs every day, wouldn't he have more time to debate them?
