Murder Suspect Seeks Charges Dismissal Over Ex-Trooper's Bias

Murder suspect Myles King appeared in court Thursday in Massachusetts as he continued his push to have the murder charges against him dismissed, citing alleged racial bias and offensive statements by former Massachusetts State Police Trooper Michael Proctor. Proctor, who was the lead investigator in King’s case, is also known for his role in the investigation of Karen Read. Norfolk Assistant District Attorney Adam Lally took the stand and faced questions about the investigation and allegations surrounding Proctor.
