Sánchez sobre Ceuta: "La respuesta del Estado es insuficiente" #shorts

The Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, has published a message on Twitter to mark Ceuta Day this Wednesday, thanking the people of Ceuta for the “serenity, solidarity, and responsibility” they have shown in the face of the “complex” crisis the city has been experiencing since the massive influx of migrants on July 30 and 31. This crisis, the Prime Minister states in an accompanying video, “has pushed the State’s capacity to the limit.” Sánchez says he understands that the people of Ceuta are facing “difficult circumstances” and that it is understandable they feel that “until normality is restored, the State’s response is insufficient.” But he assures them that the Government is “mobilizing all resources to restore normality,” mentioning the €309 million plan approved on Tuesday, which will ensure the city “emerges stronger.” “The priority is to get people off the streets, guarantee dignified treatment for those who have arrived, and restore peace of mind to the people of Ceuta,” he states. #sanchez #ceuta #migrationcrisis #migration
