While Ceuta's migrant reception capacity is being expanded, some continue to wait their turn. Some have been on the streets for weeks, hoping for a place they don't know when will arrive. This situation persists while the authorities try to open new spaces. The Council of Ministers approved a €309 million aid package on Tuesday, to be implemented between now and the end of the year.
