Lindsay Clancy's Transportation Hearing. Attorney Jessica Kenny is back, Reddington gets heated

In the final hearing to determine how Lindsay Clancy will be transported for trial, Chief Counsel for the Plymouth County Sheriff's Department, Attorney Jessica Kenny, is called on to provide Judge William F. Sullivan with options and suggestions. At their first hearing on this issue back in November of 2025, Clancy's Defense Attorney Kevin Reddington was visibly frustrated with the Plymouth County Sheriff's Department and didn't hold back. During this January 2026 pretrial hearing date, the accommodations each party believes should be provided are represented to the court and Reddington demands the source of the Sheriff's Dept information.
