I Bought 20 Tons of Mini Excavators from China, and THIS Arrived!

The big day finally arrived. 🚜 Machines are available for purchase here: https://www.frengenmaskin.com After nearly six months of planning, production, waiting, and preparing the showroom and warehouse, the first container of machines has finally arrived in Norway. Inside the 40-foot container were over 20 tons of mini excavators, skid steers, attachments, spare parts, and equipment. In total, I managed to fit 11 machines inside — and seeing everything arrive safely after such a long journey was a pretty surreal moment. This was also the point where the whole project suddenly became very real. I’ve invested an enormous amount of time, energy, and money into starting Frengen Maskin, so opening that container was both exciting and slightly terrifying. In this video, I unload the first shipment, take a closer look at the machines, organize some of the equipment, make the first customer delivery, and continue turning the warehouse into a proper base for the company. And this is only the beginning. I already have six more containers on the way, with around 70 machines in total. The plan is to have a wide selection of mini excavators, skid steers, attachments, spare parts, and equipment available throughout the fall and into next spring. There is also a lot more coming to this channel. I’ll continue upgrading the workshop and showroom, investing in new tools and equipment, making technical videos about the machines, building engineering projects, and sharing both the successes and the challenges of running this new business.
