Andy Burnham warns ‘ALL OUR SAFETY IS AT STAKE’ after Russia threatens Britain

UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham has issued a defiant response to Russia after the Kremlin accused Britain of “adding fuel to the fire” by strengthening Ukraine’s missile capabilities. Speaking in Kyiv, Burnham insisted Britain would never become a “fair-weather friend” and warned that “all our safety is at stake” as Russian forces continue bombarding Ukrainian cities. Burnham was challenged over whether British people should be worried about the UK being dragged further into the conflict following increased threats from Moscow. He defended Britain’s unwavering support for Kyiv and confirmed that Ukraine’s urgent need for stronger air defences would dominate discussions between members of the Coalition of the Willing.
