In Arkansas, following a chase, a police officer pulled Tedrick Washington Jr. out of the backseat of the SUV he was riding in. Although Tedrick's hands were up and he was the passenger, the officer smashed the window, grabbed him by the dreadlocks, and pulled several times to remove Mr. Washington from the vehicle. Once he was out, the officer punched Tedrick in the face. This is yet another example of horrendous police brutality against a Black person after a traffic stop.
