However, the internal processing of these cases is not the same for everyone. Members of Parliament, Senators, and Ministers of other courts (such as the TCU): Their cases are judged and processed in the panels of the STF (either the First or Second Panel). For the judicial police apparatus to initiate an investigation against a minister of the STF, a majority decision from the judges who comprise the Court's Plenary is indispensable.
