Renan Santos volta às redes após decisão de Dias Toffoli

RENAN RESUMES CAMPAIGN Presidential candidate Renan Santos, from the Missão party, has been authorized to campaign on social media again. The decision was made by Minister Dias Toffoli of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE). Toffoli had suspended part of Renan's digital campaign last Sunday. Now, the minister has again authorized the campaign on the profiles reported to the TSE. The decision also allows the candidate's participation in debates, podcasts, and other media. The receipt of funds from the Electoral Fund has also been authorized. The platforms must reinstate Renan's networks within two hours of authorization. The suspension occurred because 16 profiles were reported outside the deadline set by the Electoral Court. According to Toffoli, the previous measure was precautionary and served to analyze the registration of the candidacy.
