He allegedly got into an argument and pulled a gun on the neighbor, but it turned out to be a BB gun. The neighbor didn’t know this, and the defendant (allegedly) made threats with the gun. The neighbor’s family confronted him, at which point he pulled the gun again, and the neighbor’s family tackled the defendant while wrestling away the gun. The defendant’s mom is now in court with him and sides with her son completely–on the one hand, her loyalty is admirable.
