Everyone said The Last Jedi was the beginning of the end for Star Wars, however thats simply not true. After 10 long, painful years under Kathleen Kennedy the nostalgia goggles have long worn off and we can admit The Force Awakens was the first blow to the galaxy far far away. It didn't just blatantly rip off, I mean pay tribute to A New Hope but it managed to strip everything that made A New Hope (and by extension Star Wars itself) so special.
