Brazil's Superior Electoral Court (TSE) rejected, on Tuesday, the 1st, by a 4-3 vote, the imposition of a fine on Flávio Bolsonaro for the display of a video of his father produced with artificial intelligence during a party convention. The action had been brought by the Workers' Party (PT), which questioned the use of the material at the event that launched Flávio's candidacy for President. According to the TSE, however, the internet broadcast does not transform a closed convention into a manifestation directed at the electorate.
