At least 16 people were killed in and around Kyiv last night alone. Ukrainian air defenses are particularly unable to intercept attacks with ballistic missiles. Now, satellite images show that Russia is building additional launch sites on the borders with Ukraine and Belarus, presumably for the new Geran-5 drone. While Putin expands his own capabilities, Ukraine is attacking targets deep within Russian territory with deep strikes. Recent targets have included oil refineries, warehouses belonging to the online retailer Wildberries, and the Soyuz rocket production facility in Samara. Is Russia preparing a new drone offensive?
