HEARING: Charlie Kirk Murder Trial — UT v. Tyler Robinson

Tyler Robinson, the man accused of assassinating Charlie Kirk, is back in court Tuesday as prosecutors and the defense deliver closing arguments in his preliminary hearing. Judge Tony Graf is expected to determine whether prosecutors presented enough evidence to establish probable cause and send Robinson’s case forward to trial. Kirk’s widow, Erika, and his parents are expected to attend the proceedings, while Robinson’s attorneys are also seeking to keep cameras out of the courtroom for the arguments.
