Messages extracted from banker Daniel Vorcaro's cell phone and obtained by Estadão reveal a long exchange of communication between the owner of Banco Master and Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes. The texts indicate that Vorcaro repeatedly asked the Justice to intervene with Attorney General Paulo Gonet and the Director-General of the Federal Police, Andrei Rodrigues, in an attempt to stop the investigations into the fraudulent dealings of the financial institution. The requests extended until five hours before Vorcaro's arrest on November 17, 2025, and include a message in which he questions whether the precautionary measures could be postponed—an indication, according to investigators, that the banker knew about the operation that would arrest him before it was launched. The exchange occurred through screenshots of messages in single view, which limited the recovery of the Justice's responses. Moraes, Gonet, Andrei Rodrigues, and Vorcaro's defense were contacted but did not comment.
