THIS NEGLECTED COURTYARD NEEDED SOME SERIOUS ATTENTION

Sometimes a project starts with nothing more than a message from one of you. 💚 One of our viewers reached out to us and told us about a neglected garage courtyard that he passed regularly. The area had clearly been missing some attention for quite a while, and he thought it could use a little bit of love. So we decided to take care of it. 🌿 When we arrived, tall grass and weeds had taken over large parts of the area, the two hedges desperately needed a trim, and the entire courtyard simply looked tired and forgotten. Our goal wasn’t to completely redesign the place. We simply wanted to give it a proper cleanup and bring some life back into an area that people see and use every day. We cut down all the tall grass and weeds, trimmed both hedges back into shape, cleared the overgrown areas, and gave the entire garage courtyard a thorough cleanup. Step by step, the difference became more and more satisfying. What initially looked neglected slowly started looking clean and cared for again. But our favorite part of this project wasn’t even the transformation itself. The gentleman who told us about this place was incredibly happy and grateful that we actually came out and did something about it. He told us that now he doesn’t have to look at this neglected spot every morning when he leaves for work anymore. And knowing that something relatively simple for us can make someone’s everyday surroundings a little nicer is exactly why we enjoy projects like this so much.
