FTV weather anchor Lin Chia-kai warns that there is still a chance of localized heavy rain or even torrential rain in southern Taiwan and Taitung in the coming days, with the rain likely to continue until Thursday. In addition, a tropical depression near Hainan Island and a tropical system in the Pacific Ocean both have the potential to develop into typhoons, but their paths remain uncertain.
