Intrepid pasta lovers get just 45 minutes in which to sink 1.5kg of pasta of their choice...be it spaghetti, carbonara, amatriciana...whatever tickles your fancy...now that my sound like a doddle but remember; 1.5kg is just the dry pasta weight and does not account for the water absorbed during cooking, the toppings, the cheese or the sauce...which in this case contained about thirty eggs...
