Hacked To Pieces For An Apartment - The Horror At Dyckman Houses (Doris Drakeford and Jerry Pollard)

On may 28th of 2001, authorities would learn of a horrific plot unraveling at the Dyckman Houses in the Inwood section of Upper Manhattan. Their investigation would bring them to building two, 3716 tenth avenue, apartment 9G. Once there, the carnage on the inside of that apartment would make them sick to their stomachs. Apartment 9G belonged to ex Navy veteran Jerry Pollard who served in Vietnam, yet met his demise in his own home. Surprisingly, his story would connect to that of a woman who met a similar horrific fate. Her name was Doris Drakeford, who also happened to be a resident at 3716 tenth avenue where the presence of evil lurked for far too long. This is Doris and Jerry's story.
