La ONU asume que el calentamiento global superará los 1,5 ºC, pero ve aún posible revertirlo | RTVE
Eleven years ago, the international community reached a historic commitment in Paris to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and limit the global temperature increase to 1.5 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels. However, global action has not been "fast enough" in cutting emissions, and it is expected that in the coming years the planet will exceed, at least temporarily, the 1.5°C threshold. This is according to a report by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) published this Wednesday. Many scientists have been warning in recent years that limiting the temperature increase to 1.5 degrees Celsius was practically impossible, a point that this analysis strongly confirms. ➤More info here: https://www.rtve.es/noticias/20260902... #un #climatechange #temperature ➤More news: https://www.rtve.es/noticias/ ➤SUBSCRIBE to RTVE News on YouTube: https://bit.ly/2WtyvUx
