Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga has ordered that Major-General Feroz Khan's medical condition be disclosed, without revealing specific details, following a similar order issued to Suliman Carrim. His legal team is resisting the Commission's push for an independent medical examination. Still with the Commission, Former Hawks head Lieutenant-General Godfrey Lebeya took the stand.
