Fake Amazon home invasion mastermind sentenced while on the run

A Connecticut man convicted in a violent 2022 home invasion was sentenced even though he remains on the run. Prosecutors said the suspects posed as Amazon delivery workers before forcing their way into a Milford home, beating and binding the victim, and stealing more than $50,000 in jewelry and watches. A judge sentenced Shane Gordon to 45 years, suspended after 23 years served, followed by five years of probation.
