Cómo se construye un edificio que SOBREVIVE un terremoto como el de Colombia

El 10 de agosto de 2026, un terremoto de magnitud 7.4 con epicentro en el Chocó dejó edificios colapsados en Pereira, Manizales y Cali. El golpe venía de 103 kilómetros de profundidad: ningún edificio estuvo cerca de la ruptura, y aun así colapsaron. Desde entonces muchísima gente se hace la misma pregunta: ¿mi edificio aguantaría? Este video no analiza un edificio famoso: construye uno desde cero, decisión por decisión — el suelo, la forma, el primer piso, el esqueleto, la columna corta, lo que no es estructural y las remodelaciones. Y en cada decisión, el edificio real que colapsó por tomarla mal: Niigata 1964, Ciudad de México 2017, Kobe 1995, Turquía 2023, Olive View 1971, Cariaco 1997 y Christchurch 2011.
