The diesel crisis has erupted. The Federation of Intercultural Communities of Cuatro Cañadas has ordered a 24-hour road blockade and closure starting at midnight on Wednesday, September 2nd, despite the state of emergency. They are demanding the repeal of Supreme Decree 5676, which raises the price of diesel to Bs 18 per liter for large consumers, and denounce the government's lack of response since August 18th.
