‘Global greening’ is increasing around the world due to climate change
Copenhagen Consensus Centre President Bjorn Lomborg says “global greening” is one of the three indicators of climate change. “We’re seeing a dramatic increase in the greening of the world; there’s just simply more leaves,” Mr Lomborg told News24 host Chris Kenny. “They measure the area of leaves around the entire world using satellites, and what we’ve seen is the area of leaves have increased pretty much in the size of four more continents of Australia.”
