Voyager's Tricobalt Devices

The Tricobalt devices was an immensely powerful item that Voyager could launch and it only seemed to carry the 2. Used on the Caretaker array, they completely destroyed the advanced technology but their usage was so out of the ordinary that it was even brought back up again years later by Seven of Nine. Beyond Starfleet, there are other powers that have used them too, such as the Romulans and Tholians, who focused on the subspace properties of the blasts. So let's take a look at just what they are.
