ТАКТИЧЕСКИЙ ПРОВАЛ ФЕРРАРИ - Обзор Гран-При Нидерландов 2026 / Зандфорт / Формула 1 / Formula 1 / F1
Round 12 of the 2026 Formula 1 World Championship – Ferrari's Tactical Failure - Stanizlavsky's Review of the 2026 Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort Social Media: Subscribe: / stanizlavsky VKontakte: https://vk.com/stanizlavsky Telegram: https://t.me/stanizlavsky MAX: https://max.ru/stanizlavsky The 2026 Dutch Grand Prix was a landmark event in Formula 1 history. For the first time, the Zandvoort round featured a Saturday sprint, and, more importantly, the organizers announced that it would be the last grand prix for the foreseeable future. The Formula 1 weekend began with an unexpected change at Red Bull. Isaac Hajjar, who was driving for the team, broke his wrist during pitting practice and was unable to compete in the race. His place was taken by Liam Lawson of Racing Bulls, with reserve driver Yuki Tsunoda filling Lawson's vacancy. The start of the Formula 1 race immediately brought drama. Norris maintained the lead, and Antonelli moved up to second, ahead of Russell. But the real action came at the exit of the famous banking, where Max Verstappen, after hitting a damp patch, lost control and crashed into the wall at high speed, then bounced back onto the track. Fortunately, Max escaped unharmed and apologized to the Formula 1 team over the radio. The incident triggered red flags, and the race was stopped. In the chaos, Gabriel Bortoleto spun, and Nico Hulkenberg narrowly avoided a collision with him. After a 28-minute break, the race restarted from a standing start, giving all drivers the opportunity to change tires. On the second start, Antonelli brilliantly overtook Norris and took the lead, while Piastri overtook Russell for third place. However, pit stop strategy and tactical decisions by the teams reshuffled the positions once again. Russell, after an early pit stop, rejoined ahead of Piastri, regaining his lost position. Halfway through the race, Leclerc, who had been pressing Piastri, overtook him on lap 34 for fourth place, and Hamilton then passed Oscar, creating a tight group of Ferraris ahead. Tenses reached a fever pitch in the final part of the race. Antonelli, who had switched to fresh tires, caught Hamilton, who had not yet changed his tires, and a fierce battle between the leaders began. On lap 54, Norris, taking advantage of fresher tires, overtook both Antonelli and Hamilton, taking the lead. Ocon then stopped on track, triggering the Virtual Safety Car, and most of the leaders, including Hamilton, Leclerc, and Antonelli, rushed to the pits for soft tires. After the restart, Kimi, on soft tires, quickly caught up with Russell, and the team asked George to let his teammate through, as they were using different strategies. Russell gave up his position, but when Hamilton, also on soft tires, approached from behind, he refused to let Lewis pass, sparking a tense duel. At that point, a crash between Williams drivers Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz resulted in the former retiring, a 10-second penalty for the latter, and the introduction of the new VSC mode. Lando Norris finished first, taking his second consecutive F1 victory and confirming his pole position, which led to his sixth consecutive victory at Zandvoort. Kimi Antonelli finished second, extending his lead in the drivers' standings. George Russell withstood Hamilton's attacks to round out the podium. Fernando Alonso finished ninth, earning his second F1 points this season. The battle will continue at the legendary Monza circuit in two weeks.
