🚨 INE aprueba cambio de nombre, pero rechaza el logo de “Somos”

👉🏼 The General Council of the National Electoral Institute (INE) approved, by a vote of 10 to 1, Somos México's name change to "Somos" (We Are Mexico); however, it put a stop to its new graphic identity. 🗺️ The electoral body rejected the emblem that included the silhouette of the Mexican Republic, considering that the use of the map maintains a symbolic relationship with national identity and could generate confusion among voters. The decision generated displeasure 😠 among members of the organization.
