Nepal, catastrofe senza precedenti: oltre 900 morti e quasi 5mila dispersi

Mud, damaged buildings, and debris-filled roads in Nuwakot, Nepal, six days after floods devastated the border with Tibet. In Nepal, the death toll has risen to at least 903 and 4,247 missing. Among them are 592 foreigners and hundreds of workers employed on hydroelectric projects along the Trishuli River. In Tibet, according to Chinese state media, at least 16 people have died and 546 are missing. Authorities have lost contact with 261 foreign nationals from 23 countries. Chinese President Xi Jinping assured that Beijing is making "every effort" to locate the missing.
