‘Knife Attacks, Stabbings And Slashings’ | “I Don’t Recognise My Country” | Notting Hill Carnival

Police say Notting Hill Carnival passed “largely without incident”, despite more than 500 arrests being made across the two days. The Metropolitan Police said there were two assaults with knives – one stabbing and one slashing – neither of which resulted in life-threatening injuries. There were 315 arrests as of 8.30pm on Monday, bringing the total number of arrests over the two days to 560, the force said. Norman Brennan joins Talk’s Jeremy Kyle to discuss this further.
