板橋安泰淞鶴診所爆C肝群聚 11人染疫 遭勒令停業罰30萬

An outbreak of acute hepatitis C occurred at the Antai Songhe Clinic in Banqiao District, New Taipei City. On August 12, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) received a report that two cases had been diagnosed with acute hepatitis C. The investigation revealed that all cases had received nutritional injections at the clinic. Nine of the cases showed a viral gene sequence similarity of 99.7% to 100%, indicating high homology. On-site inspection further revealed nine serious infection control deficiencies at the clinic, including reusing needles and storing pre-drawn syringes under the bed.
