Brother-in-Law Claims Kouri Richins Wanted New Life

On Wednesday, Clint Vincent, Eric Richins brother-in-law, spoke to the court during Kouri Richins sentencing hearing. Clint said that this tragedy was planned and prepared by Kouri and that she was fantasizing about a dream life funded by his death. He went on to say that Kouri has not taken accountability for her actions and continues to distort the truth. Eric’s sister, Amy, also testified saying that Kouri killing Eric was the “ultimate betrayal.” Amy got emotional while discussing what her brother’s death has done to her life.
