👉 Máximo Kirchner, a national deputy and son of former president Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, submitted his sworn statement for the 2025 fiscal year to the Anti-Corruption Office. The document reveals that his net worth amounts to 11 billion pesos, representing a 32.53% increase compared to the previous year and exceeding the inflation rate for the period. His main declared asset is US dollars: he has more than 2.3 million deposited in the country and other smaller amounts in accounts and savings accounts. He also owns 27 properties; two acquired with his own income and the rest from family inheritances following the estate of former president Néstor Kirchner and a donation made by Cristina Fernández in 2017. Of these properties, 19 are subject to judicial seizure due to investigations into fraudulent activities in the Vialidad case. Kirchner also declared majority shareholdings in the family businesses Los Sauces S.A., Hotesur S.A., and Coma S.A., with a combined value exceeding 3.2 billion pesos. A key hearing will be held this week to set a date for the first corruption trial she will face alongside her mother for alleged money laundering linked to these companies.
