On November 22, 2023, Dallas–Fort Worth Airport Police responded to an Audi dealership after staff suspected fraud when a woman attempted to buy a car using an expired paper ID with inconsistent personal information. As officers questioned her, her story continuously changed, she failed to provide valid identification, and she blamed everyone from the DMV to technology for obvious discrepancies. Her explanations unraveled further when contact information and employment details proved false, and even a call to her supposed mother exposed more lies. Ultimately, police determined she was using a false identity and arrested her, charging her with fraud and providing false information to law enforcement.
