SAN currently operates nine locations across Aichi and Gifu prefectures. The shop features an on-site workshop where pastry chefs finish each tart by hand every morning. The display case is filled with seasonal fruit tarts and shortcakes, with the menu changing according to the season. The seasonal fruit tart remains the most popular item year-round. The custard cream is made using milk and cultured butter from Hokkaido. The glaze (nappage) used to add shine is tailored to each fruit: clear for strawberries, pale pink for peaches, and a specialized glaze for mangoes. Lunch and dinner are also served, featuring pasta and focaccia baked in-house, while shaved ice is offered during the summer.
