Monty Python - Schoolboys Life Assurance Company and How To Do It

This is, in my opinion, one of the greatest examples of the Pythons at their most Pythonesque. We start with Schoolboys Life Assurance Company, in which three students (Idle, Jones and Gilliam) are scolded by their headmaster (Palin) for being failed insurance brokers on the side, yet praised for being race car drivers, surgeons and gynecologists, as well. Then, in a brilliant, rare non-animated transition, we see the TV show "How To Do It," in which the three hosts (Chapman, Idle again and Cleese) explain to the viewer how to do very complicated things in very simple ways. Altogether, it's absurd, it's surreal, it's intelligent, it's immature, it's borderline vulgar, and above all, it's absolutely hilarious! Also impressive to note: it fits all six of the Pythons into less than three minutes of time! This comes from episode 28, "Mr. and Mrs. Brian Norris' Ford Popular."
