Lindsay Clancy Judge Issues Warning After Woman Accused of Intimidating Juror

At the start of court Wednesday, the judge reminded everyone involved in Lindsay Clancy’s trial that existing court orders and Massachusetts laws protecting jurors, witnesses, attorneys and others are being enforced. The warning came after 56-year-old Dawn Light of Sutton, Massachusetts, was arrested outside the Plymouth District Courthouse Tuesday afternoon. Light was arrested around 3:40 p.m. and charged with intimidation of a witness, juror or person furnishing information in connection with criminal proceedings. She is expected in court Wednesday.
