President Claudia Sheinbaum presented her second government report and dismissed any divisions within the 4T movement. Sheinbaum stated that "there are no divisions here, no ruptures, the only thing that exists is the defense of the Mexican people and their dignity." The mayor highlighted that the daily average of intentional homicides has decreased by 51% during her six-year term, while more than 63,000 people have been arrested, 270 of them high-priority targets. Regarding the relationship with the United States, she acknowledged difficulties but assured that her government will always seek understanding: "We want cooperation, dialogue, and understanding with all nations, but cooperation does not mean submission."
