Cembrero apunta al jefe de inteligencia marroquí: "Fue condecorado por Marlaska hace un año"

The journalist and writer specializing in Morocco stated on the radio program "Más de uno" that the "invasion" of the autonomous city was allegedly coordinated by the head of the Moroccan police and intelligence services, Abdellatif Hammouchi. #Morocco #PSOE #Spain https://www.ondacero.es/noticias/espa... Ignacio Cembrero directly points to the head of the Moroccan police and domestic intelligence, Abdellatif Hammouchi, as the person who, in his opinion, orchestrated the operation that facilitated the mass entry of migrants into Ceuta. In an interview with Rafa Latorre on the radio program "Más de uno," the journalist emphasizes that the official in question was decorated by Fernando Grande-Marlaska and maintains that he acted with the backing of the Royal Palace. The journalist believes the document supports Morocco's responsibility and asserts that his own investigations pointed in that direction from the outset. Cembrero distinguishes between possible passivity on the part of the Moroccan security forces and active intervention. After reviewing the report's conclusions, he clearly leans toward the latter hypothesis. "The police report suggests active complicity, and I also tend to think so," he states. "The uniformed police officers, on the one hand, who let people through, and the plainclothes officers who guided the crowd," he points out. For the journalist, this combination would fit with an operation coordinated by Moroccan security structures. The Paradox: Spain Awarded a Medal to the Person Cembrero Named Latorre then brings up one of the most striking elements of the conversation: the medal awarded by Spain to the person Cembrero links to the operation. The journalist points out that this person was decorated by Grande-Marlaska the previous November and also connects him to Moroccan espionage using Pegasus. Cembrero's response is emphatic: he believes that Spain honored precisely the person who, according to his account, orchestrated the operation against Ceuta. "We have awarded a medal to the person who promoted this invasion," he states. Cembrero immediately clarifies that he does not believe this person acted alone. In his opinion, at the very least, he had the approval of the Royal Palace. "He didn't act on his own. Obviously. He had, at the very least, the approval of the Royal Palace," he adds. Cembrero points to the same person responsible for the May 2021 entry The journalist also maintains that the individual he is pointing to was already behind the first large influx of migrants into Ceuta in May 2021. Cembrero recalls that, on that occasion, Morocco practically admitted its responsibility. According to him, the then Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs even justified what happened by arguing that the border police were tired after the Ramadan holidays. For Cembrero, therefore, this was not an isolated incident, but rather the work of a figure who played a significant role in previous operations related to Ceuta. An operation that sought to overwhelm the border Rafa Latorre and Cembrero also analyze the logistics of the entry. The journalist explains that young people arrived first, especially men between 15 and 25 years old, equipped with wetsuits. The strategy, according to the reconstruction presented during the interview, would have allowed them to overwhelm the border security measures, thus facilitating the entry of a much larger number of people. "Taking the city without firing a shot," Cembrero summarizes. The journalist points out that families, children, and even a person with a disability subsequently arrived. This development, in his opinion, demonstrated that access to Ceuta had become progressively easier. Cembrero speaks of 141 deaths. The journalist also focuses on the consequences of the operation and speaks of 141 deaths. According to him, Moroccan authorities are not currently allowing them to be buried in Morocco, and some are being buried in the Muslim cemetery in Ceuta. Cembrero maintains that the subsequent arrival of families and minors shows the extent to which the difficulty of accessing the city had changed. According to his explanation, after the first groups, other people were able to enter by skirting or walking along the breakwater.
